  This package is for the clients who have a good handle on all aspects of planning and want to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of their event.

  Inquire
  • Familiarize our team with your hired vendors at least 2 months prior to event.
  • Scheduled telephone calls and unlimited email exchange.
  • Create the day of event timeline and distribute to all vendors and event team.
  • Organize and attend the final walk-through at the event site with vendors.
  • No vendor meeting or site visits (additional hours available for a fee).
  • Planning schedule, budget management, décor design & vendor referral (available for an additional fee).
  • Ensure your event runs as elegantly and as smoothly as possible.

  Couture

  Partial Planning

  
  

  This package is for the clients who want an expert and partner in the planning process of the event. ABP plans your event with you.

  Inquire
  • Develop the monthly planning schedule and the budget breakdown.
  • Assist with all of the planning, from beginning to end, with vendor referrals, etiquette advice, décor design, research, budget management, planning schedule.
  • Unlimited telephone and emails to ensure consensus on all decision pertaining to event.
  • Accompany client to up to 5 venue and/or vendor visits and meetings.
  • Liaise between client and all vendors. Once vendor is hired and contract is signed, we receive a copy of all vendor contracts and agreements and will handle all of the coordination with them.
  • Construct and distribute an event day timeline to assist in making sure that all aspects of the event day are done in a timely manner.
  • Organize and attend the final walk-through at the event site with the vendors.
  • Ensure your event runs as elegantly and as smoothly as possible.

  Have a clear vision of what you want and the budget to achieve it? We'll plan your event for you and regular checkpoints are included.

  • Listen and understand the client’s vision and budget.
  • Assist in developing a theme and a budget for client.
  • Develop the monthly planning schedule and the budget breakdown.
  • Search out and book the ceremony and reception sites based on the vision.
  • Interview and contract all of the event professionals with feedback and consent of customer.
  • Address, stuff and mail invitations & handle all of the guest responses.
  • Organize and attend every meetings & walk through with the client.
  • Orchestrate and direct the rehearsal, ceremony and reception to ensure a smooth, stress-free event day.
